Atlantic Business Football Club
Atlantic Business Football Club (commonly referred to as Atlantic Business FC or ABFC) is a Nigerian amateur football club based in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state. The club currently competes in the Nigeria Nationwide League (NLO), the 3rd tier of the Nigerian football league system. History The club was founded in 2017 at Igbo Efon, Lekki, Lagos state as Atlantic Football Club, making its debut in the NLO Division 2, the fourth tier of the Nigerian football league system. In 2020, it rebranded and became known as Atlantic Business Football Club. It also moved from Igbo Efon to Epe and then to Ijebu-Ode, its current home. In 2024, the club was promoted to the NLO after finishing second in NLO Division 2. The club also competes in the Nigeria Federation Cup, Nigeria Youth League Cup and The Creative Championship (TCC). Otunba Dipo Dina International Stadium
Otunba Dipo Dina International Stadium, formerly the Gateway Stadium, is a multi-use stadium in Ijebu-Ode, Nigeria. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground for Atlantic Business FC. It was formerly the home ground for FC Ebedei before they moved to their own stadium in Sagamu. During the 2024–25 Nigeria Premier Football League season, Sunshine Stars F.C. relocated there temporarily while their home ground in Ondo State was being renovated. The stadium has a capacity of 20,000 people. It was renovated for the 2009 FIFA U-17 World Cup. The stadium was renamed in 2011 after Otunba Dipo Dina, an assassinated political candidate. Kwara United
Kwara United Football Club is a Nigerian football club based in Ilorin. They play in the top division in Nigerian football, the Nigeria Professional football League having gained promotion in 2017 from the Nigeria National League. Their home stadium is the Kwara State Stadium. History The club's roots go back to the Kwara State Water Corporation Football Club in 1974. It was supposed to be an in-house club for the staffers of the Water Corporation. Due to the results and depth of talent in the club, the scope was widened and by 1979 they qualified to play in the National League second division alongside the First Bank F.C. of Lagos. That same year, the club got to the quarter-final stage of the Football Association Cup (otherwise called the Challenge Cup) where it lost to Bendel Insurance football club of Benin 2–1. Ogun State
Ogun State is a state in southwestern Nigeria. It is bordered to the south by Lagos State and the Bight of Benin, to the east by Ondo State, and to the north by Oyo and Osun states while its western border forms part of the national border with the Republic of Benin.
