The Pas-Pukatawagan (train)
The Keewatin Railway Company is a First Nations in Canada, First Nations-owned shortline railroad that operates in Northern Region, Manitoba, northern Manitoba, between The Pas, and Pukatawagan. This is Canada's second First Nations railway, the first being Labrador and Nord-du-Québec, Northern Quebec's Tshiuetin Rail Transportation. The railway company currently operates a line formerly owned by Hudson Bay Railway (1997), Hudson Bay Railway, and used by Via Rail passenger trains. Via Rail previously operated a twice-weekly passenger rail service between The Pas and Pukatawagan through an operating agreement with Hudson Bay Railway Company. This passenger service continues under a new operating agreement between Keewatin Railway Company and Via Rail , which still operates twice-weekly passenger trains (Numbers 290/291) through an agreement with the new company. Kawia Lake
Cahuilla, pronounced , (formerly, Kawia, Coahuilla, Cohuilla, and Coahuila) is an unincorporated community in Riverside County, California. It is part of the Cahuilla Reservation and lies in a high desert valley at an elevation of 3642 feet (1110 m). It is located south by road from mile-high Idyllwild. Cahuilla is on SR 371, about west of Anza, California. The Cahuilla Post Office first opened in 1888, moved in 1889 and 1895, closed in 1903, reopened in 1909, closed for a time in 1919, closed again in 1921, reopened in 1924 before closing for good in 1926. In 1926, the Anza Post Office was officially established. Facilities in Cahuilla have addresses on Highway 371 and use Anza, CA as their postal code. Manitoba Highway 10
Provincial Trunk Highway 10 (PTH 10) is a provincial primary highway located in the Canadian province of Manitoba. PTH 10 begins at the International Peace Garden along the Canada–United States border near Boissevain. The highway runs north through Brandon, Dauphin, Swan River, and The Pas to the Saskatchewan boundary at Flin Flon. The speed limit is 100 km/h. PTH 10 is designated as the John Bracken Highway between the International Peace Garden and Riding Mountain National Park, and the Northern Woods and Water Route between Dauphin and The Pas. The highway also serves as the main route through Riding Mountain National Park. At in length, PTH 10 is currently the longest highway in the province.
