''Athadu Aame O Scooter'' () is a 2013 Indian Telugu language, Telugu-language romantic comedy film directed by Gangarapu Laxman and written by Jagadeesh Bagli. The film stars Vennela Kishore as the lead for the first time opposite newcomer Priyanka Chhabra. Chinni Krishna scored the music. The film was released on 23 August 2013. Cast Production Vennela Kishore made his lead debut through this film and noted that he was not comfortable playing the protagonist. Release and reception In addition to its theatrical release, the film was available on zingril.com for ₹3 for overseas viewers. A critic from ''The Times of India'' rated the film out of 5 and wrote that "Watching crows sing will be funnier than this movie, unless off course you find things like a scooter running on cow urine funny". Vennela Kishore
Bokkala Kishore Kumar (born 19 September 1980), known professionally as Vennela Kishore, is an Indian actor and director who works in Telugu cinema. Known for his comedic roles, he earned the moniker "Vennela" after his first feature film ''Vennela'' (2005). He is a recipient of two Nandi Awards.
