Atef Abu Bilal
Atef Abu Bilal ( ar, عاطف ابو بلال, he, עאטף אבו בילאל; born 5 February 1984) is a Palestinian-Israeli footballer who plays for Markaz Balata as a winger. He received his first call up to the Palestine national football team in 2010 against Sudan. He has since played for Palestine at the 2010 WAFF Championship, the qualifying rounds of the 2012 AFC Challenge Cup, and the 2014 World Cup qualifying stages. Career Abu Bilal is a product of Hapoel Be'er Sheva F.C.'s youth system. He played one Liga Leumit match and ten Liga Alef matches for the club, but has spent most of his career playing in the lower divisions of Israeli football. Shaqib Al-Salam
Shaqib al-Salam ( ar, شقيب السلام) or Segev Shalom ( he, שֶׂגֶב שָׁלוֹם) and also known as Shqeb as-Salam, is a Bedouin town and a local council in the Southern District of Israel, southeast of Beersheba. Liga Alef ( he, ליגה א', , League A) is the third tier of the Israeli football league system. It is divided into two regional divisions, north and south. History League football began in Israel in 1949–50, a year after the Israeli Declaration of Independence. Liga Leumit ( he, ליגה לאומית, lit. ''National League'') is the second division of the Israeli Football League, and below its Premier League. Structure There are 16 clubs in the league. At the end of each season, the two lowest-placed teams are relegated to Liga Alef while the two highest-placed teams from Liga Alef are promoted in their place. The 2012 AFC Challenge Cup qualification phase saw eight teams advance to the final tournament in Nepal. The qualification draw was held on 20 October 2010, in AFC House in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Seeding The seedings are based on the 2010 AFC Challenge Cup.
