Asterism (band)
Asterism (stylized as ASTERISM) is a Japanese rock band formed in Fukuoka in 2014 by brothers Mio (drums) and Miyu (bass) and Hal-ca (guitar). The band has toured the United States, South Korea, China, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Singapore, and Japan, including performances at SXSW Music Festival, Taihu Midi Festival, and Knotfest Japan. Asterism has gained international recognition for the combination of their collective youth and advanced technical skill as instrumentalists. The band is managed by Japanese talent agency Amuse, Inc. History In 2014, the band members participated separately in Yamaha's 8th Music Revolution competition, with Hal-ca performing as a solo guitarist and brothers Miyu and Mio performing as a duo under the name Ogi. Midi Music Festival
The Midi Music Festival, sometimes also called Midi Modern Music Festival or simply Midi Festival () is among China's largest rock music festivals and is hosted by the Beijing Midi School of Music. Since its inauguration in 1997 it has been held each year in Beijing during the May Day holiday (May 1–3), with some breaks in 2003, 2004 and 2008 (all times held in October). Currently, it change to( April 28th to May 1st). The 2008 festival was delayed to October for reasons related to the 2008 Summer Olympics, and in 2020 and 2021 they were cancelled due to COVID. Makuhari Messe
is a Japanese convention center outside Tokyo, located in the Mihama-ku ward of Chiba City, in the northwest corner of Chiba Prefecture. Knotfest is a music festival created in 2012 by American heavy metal band Slipknot. The event has been held both as a touring festival and a destination festival in several countries including the United States, Canada, Japan, Germany, Mexico, Colombia, France and Chile. , is a Japanese double A-side single by King Gnu. It was released on December 29, 2021, by Sony Music Labels (Ariola Japan). Both songs served as theme songs for the 2021 MAPPA film ''Jujutsu Kaisen 0'', with "Ichizu" serving as the opening theme and "Sakayume" as the ending theme. They were performed by King Gnu, who aimed the theme songs to focus on the chaotic relationship between the leads, Yuta Okkotsu and Rika Orimoto, with "Ichizu" having a strong starting point and "Sakayume" being more melancholic.
