"Asterisks" is an international children's festival in the Republic of North Macedonia. It takes place in October every year in the town of Prilep Prilep ( ) is the List of cities in North Macedonia, fourth-largest city in North Macedonia. According to 2021 census, it had a population of 63,308. Name The name of Prilep appeared first as ''Πρίλαπος'' in Greek (''Prilapos'') in 1 .... It is organized by Estrada Multimedia Center. The festival strives to produce children's hits and to make the participant children new little stars. The main intention of the festival is to create strong friendship bonds between the children from different ethnic and religious backgrounds and to practice the principles of collective living, interpersonal tolerance and understanding, as well as overcoming the cultural differences between the children from all over the world. Prilep ( ) is the List of cities in North Macedonia, fourth-largest city in North Macedonia. According to 2021 census, it had a population of 63,308. Flag Of North Macedonia
The flag of North Macedonia (; ) depicts a stylized yellow sun on a red field, with eight broadening rays extending from the center to the edge of the field. It was created by Miroslav Grčev and was adopted on 5 October 1995.
