Asmavia Iqbal
Asmavia Iqbal Khokhar (born 1 January 1988) is a Pakistani former cricketer who played primarily as a right-arm medium fast bowler. She appeared in 92 One Day Internationals and 68 Twenty20 Internationals for Pakistan between 2005 and 2017. She was the first cricketer to take a hat-trick in a WT20I, taken against England in 2012. She played domestic cricket for Multan, Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, Omar Associates, Saif Sports Saga and State Bank of Pakistan. Career Iqbal made her One Day International debut against Sri Lanka at the National Stadium in Karachi on 28 December 2005. Multan
Multan (; ) is a city in Punjab, Pakistan, on the bank of the Chenab River. The National Stadium (Urdu: نیشنل سٹیڈیم), also referred to as National Bank Cricket Arena for sponsorship reasons, is a cricket stadium in Karachi, Pakistan, owned by the Pakistan Cricket Board. It is the home ground of Karachi Kings and Karachi's many other domestic cricket teams. It is the largest cricket stadium in Pakistan with a capacity of 34,228 spectators. Hat-trick (cricket)
In cricket, a hat-trick occurs when a bowler takes three wickets with consecutive deliveries. The deliveries may be interrupted by an over bowled by another bowler from the other end of the pitch or the other team's innings, but must be three consecutive deliveries by the individual bowler in the same match. Only wickets attributed to the bowler count towards a hat-trick; run outs do not count, although they can contribute towards a so-called team hat-trick, which is ostensibly a normal hat-trick except that the three successive deliveries can be wickets from any bowler in the team and with any mode of dismissal. Hat-tricks are rare, and as such are treasured by bowlers. The term is also sometimes used to mean winning the same competition three times in a row.
