Ashfaque Sayed (born 17 October 1964) is an Indian professional darts player who played in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. Darts career Ashfaque Sayed's first major tournament came in the 2005 WDF World Cup, against Brazilian Artur Valle. He then played in the 2006 WDF Asia-Pacific Cup. Sayed won the 2007 India National Championships 4 times till 2007 by this virtue Was ranked no 1 in Indian order of Merit to Qualify for the 2008 PDC World Darts Championship , losing in the preliminary round 5–0 to China's Shi Yongsheng.He qualified as India no 1 on inclusion of India as a wild card Entry along with 3 other countries . Shi Yongsheng
Shi Yongsheng (born September 2, 1970 in Xinyang) is a former Chinese professional darts player who competes in the Professional Darts Corporation tournaments. Career In 2004, he lost to Phil Taylor of England 0–3 whitewashed on the 2004 PDC China Telcom Cup. He played in the 2007 PDC World Darts Championship, losing in the first round to Andy Smith. In November 2007, Shi won the Chinese qualifiers to return to the World Championship for 2008, thus becoming the first Chinese player to play in two World Championships. He defeated India's Ashfaque Sayed in the preliminary round, but lost in the first round to Alan Warriner-Little. He returned to the world championship in 2009 but was beaten in the first round again. The 2015 bwin World Cup of Darts was the fifth edition of the PDC World Cup of Darts which took place between 11–14 June 2015 at the Eissporthalle in Frankfurt, Germany. The Netherlands pairing of Michael van Gerwen and Raymond van Barneveld were the defending champions, but they were defeated in the semi-finals by Scotland's Gary Anderson and Peter Wright.
