Asgardians (Marvel Comics)
The Asgardians or Gods of Asgard are a fictional humanoid race of gods appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Some are taken from mythology while others are original creations. Fictional history They were worshipped about a millennium ago by the Norsemen of Scandinavia and various Germanic tribes, but they no longer have, or seek to have, any worshippers on Earth. The gods live in a dimension called Asgard which is also home to five other races (Giants, Dwarves, Elves, Trolls, and Demons). A demon is a malevolent supernatural entity. Historically, belief in demons, or stories about demons, occurs in folklore, mythology, religion, occultism, and literature; these beliefs are reflected in media including fiction, comics, film, television, and video games. Magni (Marvel Comics)
Magni is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was adapted from Magni, a character in Norse mythology, by Dan Jurgens. The character exists in an alternate future in which Thor rules over the entire Earth. Publication History Magni Thorson debuted in Thor vol. 2 #50 (August 2002) and was created by Dan Jurgens. The character is based on the Norse mythology deity Magni. Fictional character biography Thor: The Reigning Magni was born into a tumultuous New Asgard to Thor Odinson and Amora the Enchantress. While he was still just an infant, Magni's life was threatened by Balder's betrayal during the human resistance's raid led by Captain America. Lorelei is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is based on the being Lorelei from Germanic mythology. Lorelei appeared in the first season of the Marvel Cinematic Universe television series '' Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'', portrayed by Elena Satine. Kelda (comics)
Kelda is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is an Asgardian first introduced in ''Thor'' vol. 3 #6 (Feb. 2008). Kelda is an original creation by J. Michael Straczynski, not based in Norse mythology. She is most often seen in the company of her human lover Bill. Fictional character biography Not much is known about Kelda before the events of Ragnarök, she is one of the many Asgardians brought back to life by Thor after he recreates Asgard in Oklahoma. She is first seen walking alone, enjoying the Oklahoman night where she meets Bill, a short-order cook at a local diner. Bill later visits Kelda in Asgard, the pair quickly fall in love and consummate their relationship. After Loki successfully has Thor exiled from Asgard by tricking him into killing a restored Bor, he manipulates Balder, now king, into moving Asgard to Latveria. Haechi Haechi (Mark Sim) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Christopher Yost and Marcus To, he first appeared in ''New Warriors'' (vol. 5) #2 (March 2014).
