Arūnas Valinskas
Arūnas Valinskas (born 28 November 1966 in Lazdijai) is a Lithuanian showman, TV producer, TV show host and politician. As the leader of the National Resurrection Party, he was elected to the Seimas, Lithuanian parliament, in the 2008 Lithuanian parliamentary election. Valinskas is married to a Lithuanian singer and TV show host Inga Valinskienė and has two sons Arūnas and Šarūnas. In 2002 he was granted a master's degree in law at Vilnius University. Career as entertainer In the 1990s, Valinskas began his acting and hosting career. Arūnas Gelažninkas (born 12 October 1985) is a Lithuanian motocross, enduro and rally raid rider. Gelažninkas is best known for being a multiple Lithuanian enduro and cross-country champion, 2019 Tuareg Rally champion as well winning 2021 Dakar Rally in Original by Motul category (formerly known as Malle Moto), making him the first and only Lithuanian to do so. Biography A. Gelažninkas started his career in motocross when he was eight and was competing domestically initially. In 2005 Gelažninkas started training in United Kingdom and competing in British Motocross Championship. Arūnas Klimavičius (born 5 October 1982 in Panevėžys) is a Lithuanian former professional footballer and chairman of the Lithuanian Professional Footballers' Association. Arūnas Eigirdas (born 11 June 1953) is a Lithuanian politician and former member of the Seimas. Biography Eigirdas was born in Klaipėda, Lithuania, on 11 June 1953. Eigirdas was a member of the Communist Party of Lithuania until 1989. In the first parliamentary elections after the independence, Eigirdas was elected as the member of the Sixth Seimas through the electoral list of Sąjūdis (LPS). On 14 April 1993 the Central Electoral Commission declared the previously announced results in three electoral districts invalid, citing the decisions of the Supreme Court of Lithuania. Stasys Malkevičius and Algirdas Endriukaitis, both ranked higher than Eigirdas on the electoral list of LPS, lost their single-seat constituencies, but retained their seats in the parliament through the electoral list.
