Arturo García Yale (born 14 May 1965), also known as ''Torito'' in Bolivia, is a former football striker who was capped 8 times and scored 3 international goals for Bolivia in 1989. He is also the president of Asociación de Entrenadores de Fútbol en Santa Cruz (Football Coaches Association of Santa Cruz). Santa Cruz de la Sierra (; ), commonly known as Santa Cruz, is the largest city in Bolivia and the capital of the Santa Cruz Department (Bolivia), Santa Cruz department.
