Artur Miranyan
Artur Ashotovych Miranyan (, ; born 27 December 1995) is an Armenian professional footballer who plays as a forward for the Armenia national team. Club career On 17 September 2013, Miranyan became a player who scored the first goal for Shakhtar Donetsk in the 2013–14 UEFA Youth League in its inaugural season. On 29 August 2014, Vardar announced the signing of Miranyan. He left Vardar on 16 September 2015. On 28 February 2021, Urartu announced the signing of Miranyan. On 6 July 2022, Miranyan left Urartu. On 5 February 2023, Alashkert announced the signing of Miranyan. On 8 July 2023 he left Alashkert. On 25 July 2023, Noah announced the signing of Miranyan. On 20 September 2024, Universitatea Cluj announced the signing of Miranyan. He left the club in June 2025. Martuni (village)
Martuni () is a village in the Chambarak Municipality of the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia. Etymology The village is named in honor of Alexander Miasnikian, the first Soviet premier of Armenia, whose ''nom de guerre'' was "Martuni". History There are medieval forts and the 10th-century castle of Aghjaghala nearby. The first inhabitants of the community were survivors of the Armenian genocide (''Mets Yeghern''), mostly from Van, Alashkert, Kars and Sasun. Development program In 2014, a three-year development program was initiated in Martuni, with different organizations working with developing infrastructure, education, and health in the village. The UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying tournament was a football competition that was played from March 2019 to November 2020 to determine the 24 UEFA member men's national teams that advanced to the UEFA Euro 2020 final tournament, intended to be played across Europe in June and July 2020 before the tournament was delayed by a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The competition was linked with the 2018–19 UEFA Nations League, giving countries a secondary route to qualify for the final tournament. For the first time since 1976, no team automatically qualified for the UEFA European Championship as the host country. Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1 and officially known as SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in Romania and the highest level of the Romanian football league system. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation from and to Liga II. The Armenian Premier League (, known as the Armenian Fastex Premier League for sponsorship reasons) is the top association football, football competition in Armenia. From 1936 to 1991, the competition was held as a regional tournament within the USSR.
