Artrageous
Artrageous Arts Community is an artistic community and an American touring and virtual performance art company. Formed in 2014 from a theater arts community, the group was first established in 1980 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The community began doing street theater in the 80's before growing into an internationally renowned touring band, The Pink Flamingos, as well as performance painters in 1998 with the act The 3 Painters. In 2014 the troupe combined their diverse artistic backgrounds into one show called Artrageous. With a history of over 3000 shows performed as an artistic community and averaging over 100 theater performances per year as Artrageous, the troupe has appeared on TV programs, had multiple national and international tours, and has been featured as primary performers and educators for educational institutions and corporations throughout North America and abroad. Tijeras, New Mexico
Tijeras is a village in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, United States. The population was 465 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Albuquerque metropolitan area. Pre-Columbian The Tijeras Pueblo Archaeological Site is located in Tijeras at 35° 04′ 30″ N, 106° 23′ 01.″ The site was occupied by Ancestral Puebloans from about 1313 CE to 1425 CE. In the first phase of its occupation the Tijeras Pueblo had about 200 rooms in terraced buildings arranged in a "U" shape with a large ceremonial Kiva at the center. The pueblo was partially abandoned after about 1360 but rebuilding began about 1390, although the pueblo never regained its previous size. It was abandoned about 1425. The reasons for the abandonment of the pueblo are unknown, although it may have been because of drought and water shortages. The Tijeras Pueblo Archaeological Site is open to visitors. The New Mexico Symphony Orchestra (NMSO) was a symphony orchestra in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It operated from 1932 until 2011, when it declared bankruptcy.
