Arthur R. Paulsen (December 12, 1916 – October 12, 2010) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member for the 28th district of the Washington House of Representatives. Tacoma ( ) is the county seat of Pierce County, Washington, United States. Washington's 28th legislative district is one of forty-nine districts in Washington state for representation in the state legislature. It is in Pierce County, and contains a bit of Tacoma, and the cities of Fircrest, University Place, Lakewood, Steilacoom, and DuPont.
