Alcibíades Arosemena
Alcibíades Arosemena Quinzada (20 November 1883 – 8 April 1958) was a Panamanian politician, who served 15th President of Panama. He was elected as the third presidential designate by the National Assembly in 1945. He served as First Vice President in the cabinet of Arnulfo Arias 1949–1951, and was also President of Panama from 9 May 1951 to 1 October 1952. He belonged to the Authentic Revolutionary Party (PRA). Justo Arosemena
Justo Arosemena Quesada (August 9, 1817 – February 23, 1896) was a statesman, writer, lawyer and politician from what is now Panama who lived during the period of union with Colombia. He dedicated his life to the cause of the autonomy of the Isthmus of Panama in and as a part of Colombia, and is regarded as "the most illustrious of the Panamanian and father of Panamanian nationality." Biography Arosemena was born in Panama City, the son of Dolores de Quesada and Mariano Arosemena, a national hero during the independence of Panama from Spain in 1821. He attended elementary school in Panama, and when he was 16 years old, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the College of San Bartolomé in Bogotá. Later, he graduated in law at the Universidad Central de Bogota. Between 1837 and 1839 he received his doctorate in law at the Universidad del Magdalena. Reggie Arosemena Henríquez (born 9 September 1986 in Panama City, Panama) is a football midfielder who most recently played in Panama for Liga Panameña de Futbol team Alianza. Club career Arosemena started his career at Sporting San Miguelito before joining giants Tauro. He moved to newly promoted top tier debutants Río Abajo in summer 2012. In summer 2014 he joined Chorrillo and in January 2015 he left them for Alianza. In May 2015, Arosemena was hurt in a car accident which killed another person. International career Arosemena was part of the Panama U-20 squad that participated in the 2005 FIFA World Youth Cup in Netherlands. He made his senior debut for Panama in an August 2006 friendly match against Peru and has earned a total of 13 caps, scoring 1 goal.
