Ariel Mothers
''Ariel Maa (translation: "Ariel Mother")'' is a television talk show and travel program hosted by Sania Saeed and directed by Kamran Qureshi. The show was sponsored by Procter & Gamble. The Ariel team also did a social welfare service by presenting cheques to deserving mothers struggling to provide for their children. The programme was telecast every Saturday on PTV between 2000–2002. The concept The program focused on hundreds of mothers nurturing their children, regardless of class, family, strata or religion they belonged to. Mothers were making every effort to either save the life of an ailing son or daughter or trying hard to counter the financial problems in order to secure a good future for their children. Sania Saeed (born 28 August 1972) is a Pakistani actress and television host. Works mainly in television and theatre, Saeed is the recipient of numerous accolades including two PTV Awards, three Hum Awards and four Lux Style Awards. She first appeared on television in a street theatre play, televised for 8 March, for the program Aadhi Duniya in 1989. The play was ''Aurat''. Fatima Surayya Bajia
Fatima Surayya Bajia (; 1 September 1930 – 10 February 2016) was an Urdu novelist, playwright and drama writer from Pakistan. She was awarded various awards at home and abroad including Japan's highest civil award in recognition of her works. Bajia remained Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sindh province in Pakistan, and was a member of the managing committee of the Arts Council of Pakistan. She died on 10 February 2016 in Karachi, aged 85. A well-known personality in social welfare, literary Radio, TV and Stage, Bajia wrote for PTV Centres Islamabad and Lahore since the launch of those television channels.
