Ardeshir Ruttonji Wadia
Ardeshir Ruttonji Wadia (1888–1971) was an author from India who was awarded Padma Bhushan in 1961 by Government of India for his contribution to literature. He was born in Mumbai in 1888 and studied law. A Parsee, he was educated at St Xavier's College, Wilson College, St Catherine's College, Oxford, and Cambridge University. From 1917 to 1942 he served as Professor and, for 3 years, as Dean at the University of Mysore. He served as a member of Mysore Legislative Council from 1930 to 1931 and from 1942 to 1943. He was a nominated member of Rajya Sabha (the Upper House of Indian Parliament) from 1954 to 1966. He died in 1971.Previous Members

Ardeshir Kamkar
Ardeshir Kamkar (, born 1962 in Sanandaj, Iran) is a Kurdish musician from Iran. He started his music training under the supervision of his father. He came to Tehran in 1980 and continued studying traditional arrangements under Mohammad Reza Lotfi and his brother Pashang. Ardeshir has always been keen to explore the range and capabilities of the kamancheh, for which he has written several pieces and books. Kamkar has played with famous ensembles such as Dastan, Aref and Sheyda. In the album of ''Dastan'' (1364 Iranian calendar), he accompanied the improvisation of M. R. Shajarian. He has recently worked with the talented vocalist Homayoun Shajarian. He also has international collaboration. Ardeshir Hosseinpour (;‎ 1962 – 15 January 2007) was an Iranian nuclear scientist, physics professor, and electromagnetism expert, who was involved in the Iranian nuclear program. He died mysteriously in early 2007 during his nuclear work at Isfahan. Education and career Hosseinpour held a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and a MSc degree in Nuclear Physics from Shiraz University in 2002. He was a professor at Shiraz University, and also taught at the Malek Ashtar University of Technology in Isfahan. In 2005, he co-founded(requires premium subscription) the Nuclear Technology Center of Isfahan, where he continued his research until his death on 15 January 2007. Ardeshir Zahedi, GCVO (; 16 October 1928 – 18 November 2021) was a prominent Iranian politician and diplomat who served as the country's foreign minister from 1966 to 1971, and its ambassador to the United States and the United Kingdom during the 1960s and 1970s. Ardeshir Cowasjee (13 April 1926 – 24 November 2012) () was a Pakistani newspaper columnist, social activist, and philanthropist. Belonging from Karachi, his columns regularly appeared in the country's oldest English newspaper, ''Dawn''. He was also the Chairman of the Cowasjee Group and was engaged in philanthropic activities in addition to being regarded as an old "guardian" of the city of Karachi. Lieutenant Colonel Ardeshir Burzorji Tarapore, PVC (18August 1923 – 16September 1965), was an Indian military officer and posthumous recipient of India's highest military award, the Param Vir Chakra. After completing his schooling in Pune, Tarapore joined the Hyderabad Army, and was commissioned in January 1942. Initially he joined the infantry, but was later transferred to an armoured regiment, the 1st Hyderabad Imperial Service Lancers. During World War II, Tarapore saw action in the Middle Eastern theatre of the war. After Hyderabad State was annexed by India in 1948, Tarapore was selected to join the Indian Army. He was commissioned again in April 1951, and was posted to the Poona Horse regiment, 17th Battalion. Later he attended a training course in the United Kingdom on the Centurion tank.
