Alec Sanderson, better known as Arcitys, is an American professional ''Call of Duty'' for the Vegas Falcons of the Call of Duty League (CDL). Beginning his career in 2015, Arcitys won 2019 Call of Duty World League Championship representing and the 2021 Call of Duty League Championship representing Atlanta FaZe. Career ''Call of Duty: Black Ops III'' (2015–2016 season) Arcitys started his career on the team EZG eSports West alongside Kazmo, Muniebro, and twin brother Prestinni. This team finished first in the pA League Season 1 Regular Season and won the pA League Season 1 Playoffs. After turning 18, Arcitys and Prestinni started teaming with Stumpfy and Destiny under Apotheon Esports to begin competing in CWL and MLG tournaments. The Call of Duty Championship is an annual ''Call of Duty'' tournament held at the end of each competitive season to determine the year's World Champion. To determine qualification, teams must qualify through events before the World Championship. Players must be at least 18 years of age as of the beginning of the tournament in order to participate. History The inaugural tournament was first held in 2013 on '' Call of Duty: Black Ops II'' for the Xbox 360 and was won by Fariko Impact. The Atlanta FaZe is an American professional Call of Duty League (CDL) esports team based in Atlanta, Georgia. Atlanta FaZe is a partnership between FaZe Clan and Atlanta Esports Ventures. The Vegas Falcons are an American professional Call of Duty League (CDL) esports team based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally founded as the Paris Legion by C0ntact Gaming, Paris was announced as one of the first five cities to host a CDL team. According to ESPN, the publisher was looking to sell slots for approximately $25 million per team. Despite being one of the first five cities to join the CDL, the team was the final one to unveil their branding on November 2, 2019. On September 12, 2022, the Legion relocated to Las Vegas. The 2018 CWL Pro League was a '' Call of Duty: WWII'' tournament on PlayStation 4 that occurred on January 23-July 29, 2018. Format The 2018 CWL Global Pro League consisted of 2 Stages, with 16 teams from North America, Europe and the APAC region participating. The 16 teams were split into 2 different Divisions with the top 4 teams from each Division advancing to playoffs. The 2019 CWL Pro League was the '' Call of Duty: Black Ops 4'' league on PlayStation 4 which took place from February through July, 2019. Format The 2019 CWL Global Pro League will consist of a single stage, with 16 teams from North America, Europe and the APAC region participating. The 16 teams will be split into 2 different divisions. Unlike previous years, teams will also play against teams from the other division.
