''Aramm'' () is a 2017 Indian Tamil-language political drama film written and directed by Gopi Nainar. It features Nayanthara as a district collector, with Ramachandran Durairaj and Sunu Lakshmi in supporting roles. Featuring music composed by Ghibran and cinematography by Om Prakash, the film began production in mid-2016 and had a theatrical release on 10 November 2017. Ramachandran Durairaj is an Indian actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. After working as an associate director, he made his breakthrough as an actor with a leading role in Suseenthiran's '' Naan Mahaan Alla'' (2010). He later won acclaim for playing a leading role in Gopi Nainar's ''Aramm'' (2017). Ghibran (often credited as M. Ghibran) is an Indian composer. He has composed music for Indian films, advertising films and television commercial jingles in different languages. Early life Ghibran was born and raised in Coimbatore. When he was in the tenth grade, his family relocated to Chennai after his father suffered a severe loss in business.
