Antonio Miró
Antonio Miró (18 March 1947 – 3 February 2022) was a Spanish fashion designer. Miró was born in Sabadell, Francoist Spain, Spain. He designed the costumes for the 1979 Spanish drama ''Caniche (film), Caniche'' and other films. He launched his own fashion brand in 1979. Miró also designed the costumes for the opening ceremony of the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. Miró died on 3 February 2022 in Barcelona, Spain from a heart attack, at the age of 74. Sabadell
Sabadell () is a city and municipality in Catalonia, Spain. It is in the south of the ''comarca'' of Vallès Occidental, where it is one of the two capitals, the other being Terrassa. It is located on the River Ripoll, north of Barcelona, above sea level. Sabadell pioneered the Industrial Revolution in Catalonia with its textile mills, together with its archrival Terrassa. Francoist Spain (), also known as the Francoist dictatorship (), or Nationalist Spain () was the period of Spanish history between 1936 and 1975, when Francisco Franco ruled Spain after the Spanish Civil War with the title . Caniche (film)
''Poodle'' () is a 1979 Spanish drama film written directed by Bigas Luna. It stars Àngel Jové, Consol Tura, and Linda Pérez Gallardo. Plot The plot follows siblings Bernardo and Eloísa, living in a rickety mansion in Barcelona with the poodle Dany, with Bernardo being jealous of the attention the dog receives from Eloísa, who treats the poodle as if it were a person. Bored in the building, they engage into the activity of butchering, penetrating, and eating stray dogs. Cast Production Bigas Luna retrospectively acknowledged that shooting the film was not a good experience for his then wife Consol Tura. Release The film screened in the Directors' Fortnight sidebar section of the 1979 Cannes Film Festival. It was released theatrically in Spain on 8 June 1979. Heart Attack
A myocardial infarction (MI), commonly known as a heart attack, occurs when Ischemia, blood flow decreases or stops in one of the coronary arteries of the heart, causing infarction (tissue death) to the heart muscle.
