Antonio Consetti
Antonio Consetti (1686–1766) was an Italian historical painter, born and died in Modena. Biography He was represented in the Estense Gallery of his native city, by a ''Virgin of the Rosary with St Dominic'' and a ''St Joseph & Angels''. He painted the ''Virgin and child with St Rose'' at the Museo Civico d'Arte di Modena . Along with Pellegrino Spaggiari, he decorated the vault of the Sala dei Cardinali at the Collegio San Carlo of Modena. In 1722, he moved back to Modena to open an Academy of drawing. He was the son of the painter Jacopino Consetti (1651-1726) Among Consetti's pupils were Pietro Boselli who worked mainly in Rome., Silvio Barbini in Modena, and Alessandro BruggiatiG. Estense Gallery
The Galleria Estense is an art gallery in the heart of Modena, centred around the collection of the d’Este family: rulers of Modena, Ferrara and Reggio from 1289 to 1796. Located on the top floor of the ''Palazzo dei Musei'', on the St. Augustine square, the museum showcases a vast array of works ranging from fresco and oil painting to marble, polychrome and terracotta sculpture; musical instruments; numismatics; curios and decorative antiques. It was publicly established in 1854 by the last duke Francesco V of Austria-Este, and was relocated in 1894 to its current situation from the Palazzo Ducale. Pietro Boselli (born 3 December 1988) is an Italian model, engineer, and former mathematics lecturer at University College London. Biography Boselli was born the first of four boys, he has three younger brothers. Boselli was discovered at the age of six and began modelling for Armani Junior.
