Antonio Baró was a Spanish footballer who played as a midfielder for FC Espanya in the 1910s. Club career Born in Catalonia, Baró began his career at his hometown club FC Espanya in the early-1910s, where he formed an attacking partnership with Gabriel Bau and Casimiro Mallorquí, and quickly became a key element of the team, going on to play with them for nearly a decade. The Pyrenees Cup (), officially Challenge International du Sud de la France, was an international football competition contested by Spanish and French clubs based in the territories of Pyrénées (Catalonia, the Basque Country, Languedoc, Midi-Pyrénées and Aquitaine). There have been five tournaments for the Pyrenees Cup which were held between 1910 and 1914 with the final of the championship being held in the region's capital, Toulouse. However, the last two finals were held in Barcelona. The competition was played for 5 years, from 1910 to 1914, before disappearing due to the first World War. The tournament stopped due to the beginning of World War I in 1914. Paulino Alcántara
Paulino Alcántara Riestrá (7 October 1896 – 13 February 1964) was a Filipino and Spanish professional footballer and manager who played as a forward. He spent most of his playing career at FC Barcelona, and also represented Catalonia, the Philippines and Spain internationally. Alcántara made his debut for Barcelona at the age of 15, and remains the youngest player to play or score for the club. He scored 395 goals in 399 matches, a club record that stood for 87 years. Enrique Peris de Vargas (27 February 1887 - 17 February 1953) was a Spanish footballer who played as a left winger. He spent most of his career at Barcelona, with whom he played over 300 matches, and won three Copa del Reys and five Catalan Championships. He played numerous times with the Catalan national team, and as an athlete, he stood out in the 100m dash and the long jump. He also worked as a referee. Vicente Martínez Duart (1895 - 20 September 1963) was a Spanish footballer who played as a forward. He was one of the great forwards of Barcelona's early history, netting 203 goals in 285 games between 1915 and 1923, although this tally includes goals scored in friendlies and unofficial games.
