Marios Antoniades
Marios Antoniades ( el, Μάριος Αντωνιάδης; born 14 May 1990) is a Cypriot professional footballer who plays for Cypriot First Division club, Anorthosis Famagusta. He primarily plays as a left-back and more recently as a centre-back. Early life Antoniades was born in Nicosia. Career APOEL Antoniades is a product of APOEL Academies. He made his official debut with APOEL on 10 May 2008, playing the full 90 minutes in a 2007–08 Cypriot First Division match against Anorthosis. He added a further four appearances in the season's domestic Cup and another one appearance two years later in the 2009–10 Cypriot Cup. Constantin Antoniade
Constantin Antoniade (16 August 1880 – 19 July 1954) was a Romanian jurist, writer, historian, philosopher and diplomat of ethnic Greek heritage. As a historian he was a concerned mainly with the Renaissance. He also translated works of John Ruskin and Thomas Carlyle into Romanian. Antoniade was born in Bucharest on 16 August 1880. After attending the city's Matei Basarab High School, he studied at the University of Bucharest, graduating with a law degree in 1902 and one in philosophy in 1903. He went on to obtain a Ph.D. in philosophy in 1907, with thesis ''Iluziunea realistă'' written under the supervision of Constantin Rădulescu-Motru. He participated in the Paris Peace Conference of 1919 as juridical expert. As a diplomat he was Romanian representative to the League of Nations from 1928 to 1936. Antoniadi
Eugène Michel Antoniadi (Greek: Ευγένιος Αντωνιάδης; 1 March 1870 – 10 February 1944) was a Greek- French astronomer. Biography Antoniadi was born in Istanbul (Constantinople) but spent most of his adult life in France, after being invited there by Camille Flammarion. He became a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society on 10 February 1899, and in 1890 he became one of the founding members of the British Astronomical Association (BAA). In 1892, he joined the BAA's Mars Section and became that section's Director in 1896. He became a member of the Société astronomique de France (SAF) in 1891. Flammarion hired Antoniadi to work as an assistant astronomer in his private observatory in Juvisy-sur-Orge in 1893. Antoniadi worked there for nine years.
