Anton Marti
Anton Martinčić better known by his stage name Anton Marti (10 April 1923 – 21 January 2004) was a Croatian television and theater director and one of the founders of Television Zagreb (today HRT) and Slovenian TV. He directed a large number of entertainment, music, competition and magazine television shows. He is a multiple winner of international and domestic awards, and in 1994 he was awarded the Porin for Lifetime Achievement. Biography Anton Martinčić was born on 10 April 1923 in Labin. He was educated in Trieste and finished the academy in Rome. Until 1949, he acted in Italian theater companies, and after that he came to Koper, where he acted, directed and collaborated in the theater, radio drama and other shows of Radio Koper. In 1956, he came to Zagreb and joined the founders of the then Zagreb Television, and directed some of its first shows. Labin
Labin (Italian language, Italian/Istriot language, Istriot: Albona) is a town in Istria, west Croatia, with a town population of 5,806 (2021) and 10,424 in the greater municipality (which also includes the small towns of Rabac, Rabac-Porto Albona and Vinež, Vinež-Vines, as well as a number of smaller villages). Koper
Koper (; ) is the List of cities and towns in Slovenia, fifth-largest city in Slovenia. Located in the Slovenian Istria, Istrian region in the southwestern part of the country, Koper is the main urban center of the Slovene coast. Founded in 1995 and owned by photographer and journalist Ivo Pukanić, ''Nacional'' quickly gained a reputation for reporting and critical articles about the conservative government led by the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), which was in power during the 1990s. Radio Koper / Radio Capodistria is a radio station located in the city of Koper, Slovenia.
