Antoine Daniel (YouTuber)
Antoine Daniel (; born April 23, 1989) is a French video game livestreamer, vlogger and actor. He is known for his popular comedy YouTube series ''What the Cut!?'', published between 2012 and 2017. He reached more than 2.8 million subscribers in August 2018. He has been on Twitch since 2018 and had more than 1 000 000 followers there as of October 2023. Early life He studied for two years at the ESRA in Paris before beginning his training in sound engineering while devoting himself to musical composition. Once he acquired his BTS, he worked in a musical publishing house as an input operator. It was during that time, on 1 March 2012, that he created the show ''What The Cut !?''. Inspiration Daniel claimed British filmmaker TomSka as one of his favourite video makers. He later played a role in his video ''Le Alien''. An online streamer or live streamer is a person who broadcasts themselves online through a live stream to an audience. History Streaming arose in the early 2010s, originating on sites like YouTube where users could upload videos of themselves in the form of vlogs or Let's Plays. While not all content featured a live audience, users were still able to gain a sizable following and make a living off of their content. Other sites like Twitch increased this popularity. Due to the millions of dollars that streamers can make, streaming has become a much-yearned-for career option. Genre Video games Let's Players have been the most popular streamers by far since the beginning of live streaming. Edgar Wright
Edgar Howard Wright (born 18 April 1974) is an English filmmaker. He is known for his fast-paced and kinetic, satirical genre films, which feature extensive utilisation of expressive popular music, Steadicam tracking shots, dolly zooms and a signature editing style that includes transitions, whip pans and wipes. Z Event
The Z Event is a francophone charity project created by Adrien Nougaret and Alexandre Dachary (respectively known under the pseudonyms ZeratoR and Dach) whose goal is to bring together French streamers to collect donations that will support a charity. It is hosted on the Twitch streaming platform. The first edition took place in 2016 under the name Project Avengers. The event is in the benefit, successively, of Save the Children, the French Red Cross, Médecins Sans Frontières, the Pasteur Institute, Amnesty International, Action Against Hunger and four distinct associations acting in the environmental protection during the 2022 edition. It has raised more money than any other french video gaming event. During the 2021 stream, Z Event raised €10 million Euros ($11.7 million), a world record.
