Antix Productions is a television production company founded by Yvette Fielding and Karl Beattie in 2001. The company have produced shows for broadcasters such as Living and ITV in the UK and Travel Channel in the United States. Their output includes successful shows such as ''Most Haunted'' and its various sister shows such as ''Most Haunted Live!''. Originally, Antix Productions was based in Cheadle in the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport, Greater Manchester, but relocated to an office within MediaCityUK in Salford, Greater Manchester in 2011. antiX () is a Linux distribution based on Debian Stable. It is comparatively lightweight and suitable for older computers, while also providing cutting edge kernel and applications, as well as updates and additions via the apt-get package system and Debian-compatible repositories. antiX specifically does not ship with or support the systemd init system. Antix (rapper)
Alex Nimier, better known by his stage name Antix, is a British–Jordanian hip hop artist, known for discussing political, social, and personal issues (such as his relationship with his now-deceased mother). Antix released his debut album ''Flammable Grammar'' in November 2010. The album received regular circulation from Pandora Radio and garnered Antix a fan base in the United States, particularly with his track 'Hands Up'. On 31 October 2012, Antix released his follow-up album ''Question Everything'' and his debut single 'You're Crazy' entered the Music Week Urban Charts top 20 in August 2013. MTV named him as a shortlist nominee for MTV Brand New later that year. In 2014, Antix entered the Music Week Urban Charts again, in the top ten, with 'Bad Dreams'. Antix (band)
Antix was a rock band from Los Angeles that formed in 1982 and signed with then Great White roadie Jeff Gordon. In 1984 the band had managed to secure a deal under Jeff's management to do an EP (Get Up Get Happy) and have it marketed by Enigma Records. On top of that they got Don Dokken and Jeff Pilson to produce it. Dokken was recording "Tooth and Nail" during the day and Don and Pilson would work with Antix in the evening. In 1984 the song "Daze Gone By" appeared on Hit Parader magazine's compilation album ''The Wild Bunch'' along with such bands as Slayer, Lizzy Borden, Megadeth, Anthrax, Raven and Grim Reaper. In 1986 the band recruited bass player Robin Houde and guitarists Jesse (J.R.) Curtis and Jaye Paul and Mick walker Brandon into the band replacing B.J.
