Anstein Gjengedal
Anstein Birger Gjengedal (born 26 November 1944) is a former Norwegian police chief. He was born in Lom. He was a public prosecutor in Eidsivating from 1977 until 1989 when he became deputy director of the Norwegian National Authority for the Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime. He then served as director from 1996 to 2000, and in 2000 he became Chief of Police of Oslo, until his successor Hans Sverre Sjøvold took over in June 2012. He is currently the director for the Prosecution Committee in Anti-doping Norge. Ingelin Killengreen
Ingelin Christine Killengreen (born 12 November 1947) is a Norwegian jurist and former Police Commissioner in the National Police Directorate. Killengreen was born in Bergen. In her youth she attended Bergen Cathedral School. She graduated at the University of Oslo as a cand.jur. in 1972. After working for more than 20 years in the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and the Police, where she held positions as deputy under-secretary of state (1988—1993) and permanent under-secretary of state (1993—1994), she became the first female Police Chief in Oslo in 1995. When the National Police Directorate was created in 2000 Killengreen was appointed as the first Police Commissioner. In 2001 Killengreen headed a large reform in the Norwegian police when the number of regional districts were reduced from 54 to 27. Einar Høgetveit
Einar Høgetveit (28 October 1949 – 10 August 2020) was a Norwegian prosecutor and judge. Biography He was born in Hamar and graduated with the cand.jur. degree at the University of Oslo. His period as a deputy judge was spent in Lier, Røyken and Hurum District Court. He worked in the Ministry of Justice and the Police from 1986 to 1991, then as a public prosecutor in the Norwegian National Authority for the Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime ("Ecocrime") from 1991 to 1996. From 1991 to 2000, Høgetveit served as Økokrim's first public prosecutor. From 1996 to 1998, he was on leave to serve as the head of the Criminal Law Commission. Lom is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Gudbrandsdal. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Fossbergom.
