Asit Sen (director)
Asit Sen (24 September 1922 – 25 August 2001) was an Indian film director, cinematographer and screenwriter, who worked in both Bengali and Hindi cinema. He was born in Dhaka, now in modern-day Bangladesh, when it was part of East Bengal in British India. He directed 17 feature films in Hindi and Bengali, and was most known for the films ''Deep Jweley Jai'' (1959) and ''Uttar Falguni ''(1963) in Bengali, '' Mamta'' (1966), '' Khamoshi'' (1969), '' Anokhi Raat'' (1968) and ''Safar'' (1970) in Hindi. Mohammed Umar Mukri (5 January 1922 – 4 September 2000), popularly known as Mukri, was an Indian actor, who worked as a comedian in Hindi films. Born as Muhammad Umar Mukri in Uran, in Kokani Muslim Family. He started his film career with the film ''Pratima'' along with noted film actor Dilip Kumar in 1945. They were schoolmates together in the past. Subsequently, in career spanning 50 years, he acted in over 600 films. Yogesh Gaur, or Gaud commonly credited as Yogesh, (March 19, 1943 – May 29, 2020), was an Indian writer and lyricist. He was known for his contributions to Bollywood, and possibly his best known works came from the film ''Anand'', songs including ''Kahin Door Jab Din Dal Jaaye'' and ''Zindagi Kaisi Hai Paheli'' (1971), and also ''Rajnigandha phool tumhare'' from the movie ''Rajnigandha'' (1974). Life Yogesh was born on 19 March 1943 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He moved to Bombay at the age of 16 looking for work and sought the help of his cousin Yogendra Gaur, who was a screenplay writer.
