Anne Wyndham
Anne Wyndham (born January 29, 1951) is an American television actress. She is known for playing the title character's daughter Rachel in the television series ''Barney Miller''. Career Born in California, Wyndham began her career in 1972, appearing in the soap opera television series ''General Hospital''. She played the role of Caroline Murray until 1975. Wyndham then made guest-starring appearances in the television programs ''Kojak'', '' Quincy, M.E.'', ''Matt Houston'', ''The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air'', '' Trapper John, M.D.'', ''Knight Rider'' and ''21 Jump Street''. She joined the cast of the soap opera television series ''Search for Tomorrow'' in the role of Dr. Amy Carson along with Joel Higgins, who played journalist Bruce Carson. Wyndham joined the cast of the new ABC sitcom television series ''Barney Miller'' in 1975. ''The Bradenton Herald'' is a newspaper based in Bradenton, Florida, in the United States. History On September 15, 1922, Volume 1, Number 1 was published as ''The Evening Herald''. It was a merger of two weekly papers: the ''Manatee River Journal'', which had published since the 1880s, and ''The Bradentown Herald Weekly''. Joel Higgins
Joel Franklin Higgins (born September 28, 1943) is an American actor and singer with a stage career spanning over 50 years. Life and career A graduate of Michigan State University where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity, Higgins initially performed in coffeehouses to help pay his way through school. After leaving with a degree in advertising and working for six months for General Motors, Higgins went to Europe to perform. In 1968, Higgins enlisted in the United States Army and was stationed at Camp Casey in Korea, serving as the Special Services Sergeant in charge of Entertainment. Following his Army days, he and several friends wrote a musical revue called ''The Green Apple Nasties''. After leaving the Army, he sold the show to a producer and went on the road for two and a half years. ''Hard Time on Planet Earth'' is an American science fiction television series that aired on CBS as a midseason replacement from March 1 to June 21, 1989. ''Riptide'' is an American Detective fiction, detective television series that aired on NBC from January 3, 1984 to April 22, 1986, starring Perry King, Joe Penny, and Thom Bray. Miep Gies
Hermine "Miep" Gies (; ; 15 February 1909 – 11 January 2010) was one of the Dutch citizens who hid Anne Frank, her family ( Otto, Margot, Edith) and four other Dutch Jews (Fritz Pfeffer, Hermann van Pels, Auguste van Pels, Peter van Pels) from the Nazis in an annex above Otto Frank's business premises during World War II. She was Austrian by birth, but in 1920, at the age of eleven, she was taken in as a foster child by a Dutch family in Leiden to whom she became very attached. Although she was only supposed to stay for six months, this stay was extended to one year because of frail health, after which Gies chose to remain with them, living the rest of her life in the Netherlands.
