Annaguly Deryayev
Annaguly Deryayev (born 1973) is a Turkmen politician and the head of the state oil company Türkmennebit. He was minister of oil and gas industry and mineral resources from 2008 to 2009. He was born in the village of Ekerem of Esenguly District of Balkan Province Balkan Region ( tk, Balkan welaýaty, Балкан велаяты) is the westernmost of the five regions of Turkmenistan. Türkmennebit (also spelled Turkmennebit, also known by the translation of the name as Turkmenoil (in English) or Turkmenneft (in Russian)) is the national oil company of Turkmenistan. Balkan Province
Balkan Region ( tk, Balkan welaýaty, Балкан велаяты) is the westernmost of the five regions of Turkmenistan. Clockwise from north it borders Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan (north); two provinces of Turkmenistan (east), Iran (south), and the Caspian Sea (west). The capital city is Balkanabat, formerly known as Nebit Dag. The region's boundaries are identical to those of the former ''Krasnovodsk Oblast' '', a Soviet-era province of the Turkmen Soviet Socialist Republic.
