Anna Slater
Anna Slater is a Royal Society Dorothy Hodgkin Fellow at the Materials Innovation Factory at the University of Liverpool. Education Anna Slater studied chemistry at the University of Nottingham, where she graduated in 2006. Slater completed a Ph.D. at the University of Nottingham under the supervision of Professor Neil Champness in 2011. Career In 2013 Slater joined the group of Andrew Cooper (chemist), Professor Andy Cooper at the University of Liverpool, where she worked on porous organic cages. Andrew Cooper (chemist)
Andrew Ian Cooper is a British chemist who is a professor of chemistry in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Liverpool. Education Cooper was educated at the University of Nottingham where he was awarded a PhD for research supervised by Martyn Poliakoff. Career After his PhD, Cooper held a number of postdoctoral research positions. He held an 1851 Research Fellowship and a Royal Society NATO Research Fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he worked with Joseph DeSimone. He then held a Ramsay Memorial Research Fellowship at the Melville Laboratory for Polymer Synthesis at the University of Cambridge, working with Andrew Bruce Holmes. The Science Museum is a major museum on Exhibition Road in South Kensington, London.
