Anji Bai Cha
''Anji bai'' (; pronounced ) or Anji white is a green tea originally produced in Anji County, Zhejiang Province, China. Now, it can also be found in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province, China. This tea cultivar was discovered in 1982, is not as widely planted as other teas and has a short harvesting period; it is a comparatively rare tea, and as such, is among the most expensive teas in China. It is called "white" tea although it is a green tea. This is because the leaves turn a jade-white colour during the low-temperature seasons in Anji. As the temperature rises, the leaves gradually return to their green colour. The processed, long, narrow leaves are yellow and have a recognisable fold along the length of the leaf. Anji County () is a county in the prefecture-level city of Huzhou in northwestern Zhejiang province, China. The county spans an area of , with a population of 461,800 as of the end of 2013. Changxing County
() is a county of the prefecture-level city of Huzhou, in the northwest of Zhejiang province, China. Situated on the southwest shore of Lake Tai, it borders the provinces of Jiangsu to the north and Anhui to the west. It has a total area of and a population of 620,000 inhabitants. Hemolysis or haemolysis (), also known by #Nomenclature, several other names, is the rupturing (lysis) of red blood cells (erythrocytes) and the release of their contents (cytoplasm) into surrounding fluid (e.g. blood plasma).
