Anguo
Anguo (), nicknamed "Medicine Capital" (), is a county-level city under the administration of and south of Baoding, central Hebei province, China. It has a provincially protected Temple of the God of Medicine () established around 100. In premodern China, Anguo was Qizhou (). In 1991, Anguo was changed from county into a city. The city governs 20 town-level entities in , of which the centrally placed Yaocheng () is the municipal seat. Baoding
Baoding is a prefecture-level city in central Hebei province, approximately southwest of Beijing. As of the 2020 census, Baoding City had 11,544,036 inhabitants, of which 2,549,787 lived in the metropolitan area made of 4 out of 5 urban districts: Lianchi, Jingxiu, Qingyuan, and Mancheng all of which are largely conurbated. Accounting for about one-sixth of the population of Hebei Province. Baoding is among 13 Chinese cities with a population of over 10 million, ranking seventh. Mo Menchuan
Mo Menchuan is a Chinese politician and academician specialized in management science. He is known to have a close friendship with another prominent party member, Xu Wenyuan.
