Angie Lassman
Angie Lassman (born November 22, 1990) is an American television meteorologist who works for NBC News. She appears on the Saturday edition of ''Today'' with Peter Alexander and Laura Jarrett, MSNBC, and NBC News Now. Additionally, she serves as a fill-in for Al Roker and Dylan Dreyer. She also appears on ''NBC Nightly News''. Lassman joined NBC News in November 2022 after working at NBC station WTVJ in Miami, Florida, since 2016. Early life and education Lassman was born and raised in Fraser, Michigan, and attended Fraser High School, where she played volleyball and basketball, and graduated in 2008. Fraser, Michigan
Fraser is a city in Macomb County, Michigan, Macomb County in the U.S. state of Michigan. A northern Metro Detroit, suburb of Detroit, Fraser is located roughly northeast of downtown Detroit. Albert Lincoln Roker Jr. (born August 20, 1954) is an American weather presenter, journalist, television personality, and author. He is the weather anchor on NBC's ''Today'', and occasionally co-hosts '' 3rd Hour Today''. He has a lapsed American Meteorological Society (AMS) Television Seal of Approval (#238). Early life Roker was born in the borough of Queens, New York City, the son of Isabel, of Jamaican descent, and Albert Lincoln Roker Sr., a bus driver of Bahamian descent. He initially wanted to be a cartoonist. He was raised Catholic, his mother's faith, and graduated from Xavier High School in Manhattan.
