Angelo Marino
Angelo Marino (April 30, 1956 – October 10, 2018) was an Italian art dealer and curator. He was the first Italian gallery owner to turn his gallery, dirartecontemporanea, into a virtual exhibition space (dirartecontemporanea 2.0). Biography Angelo Marino was born in Frattaminore. In 1991, he founded the gallery dirartecontemporanea in Caserta. In 2001, he organized a group of seminars at the Belvedere San Leucio Caserta, ''Scavare il futuro: nuovi spazi antichi'', in collaboration with Elmar Zorn and City of Caserta. In the same year, he collaborated to the installation of the exhibition ''Plus Ultra'' at the Royal Palace of Caserta. Arnoldo Mondadori Editore () is the biggest publishing company in Italy. History The company was founded in 1907 in Ostiglia by 18-year-old Arnoldo Mondadori who began his publishing career with the publication of the magazine ''Luce!''. Nino Longobardi
Nino Longobardi (born 1953) is an Italian artist, known for painting and sculpture. Biography Nino Longobardi was born on 30 November 1953 in Naples, Italy. He was primarily a self taught artist. In 1968, Longobardi met curator and art dealer Lucio Amelio, who introduced him to many artists and opportunities. The 1980 Irpinia earthquake took place near Naples, causing a lot of damage, while changing Longobardi's art work and career. As a result of the earthquake, Amelio hosted a series of art exhibitions and created a body of curated work titled ''Terrae Motus Collection (Collezione Terrae Motus). Luigi Ontani (Grizzana Morandi, 24 November 1943) is an Italian multidisciplinary artist, known as a painter, photographer and sculptor. Early life and education Luigi Ontani was born 24 November 1943 in Grizzana Morandi, Italy. Ontani studied at the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna. Hidetoshi Nagasawa
was a Japanese sculptor and architect, who lived and worked in Italy from 1967 until his death in 2018. Nagasawa was born in Tonei, Manchuria. He graduated in architecture in Tokyo in 1963. In 1966 he embarked on a long bicycle trip across Asia and Europe, eventually reaching Milan where he decided to permanently settle in 1968. In 1979 he founded the Casa degli Artisti in Milan together with Luciano Fabro and Jole De Sanna. Nagasawa's sculptures were made of materials such as paper, wood, stone and metal, and incorporated Eastern and Western cultural and religious elements. In the 1980s, he started creating his first environments, exploring the relationship between sculpture and architecture. Nagasawa was a lecturer at the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan.
