Scott Angelle
Scott Anthony Angelle (born November 20, 1961) is an American politician who served as the former director of the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement in Washington, D.C. From 2013 to 2017, he was the District 2 member of the Louisiana Public Service Commission, an elected five-person utility regulatory body. In 2010, Angelle served six months as lieutenant governor. In 2015, he ran for governor as a Republican in the October 24 election and finished in third place with 214,907 votes (19.3 percent). In 2016, Angelle was an unsuccessful candidate for Louisiana's 3rd congressional district seat held by Charles Boustany, who instead ran unsuccessfully for the United States Senate seat vacated by retiring Republican David Vitter. Lisa Angelle (born December 27, 1965, in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States) is an American country music singer-songwriter. During the 1980s and 1990s, Angelle wrote songs for several country artists including Wynonna Judd, who reached number one on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart in 1992 with " I Saw the Light", co-written by pop singer Andrew Gold. As a recording artist, Angelle released two singles with EMI America Records in 1985, but did not release an album until 2000 via DreamWorks Nashville. She also recorded the theme song for the CBS TV series ''Beauty and the Beast'', which aired 1987 to 1990. Sarah Bennett (née Davies), known professionally as Angelle, is a British singer from Birmingham, England. In 2002, after providing vocals for a cover version of "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" for Jungle.com, she met Steve Bennett, who paid for her to be the subject of Vibe TV; a single, "Joy and Pain", was released in August 2002, and charted at No. 43 on the UK Singles Chart. She and Bennett later founded Gems TV, and would appear on the ''Sunday Times'' Rich List 2017. Angelle Sampey (born Angelle Monique Sampey, August 7, 1970, New Orleans, Louisiana) is an American drag racing, drag racer, originally in Pro Stock Motorcycle but currently in Top Alcohol Dragster. She won the NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle championship three times (2000-2002). Since her debut in 1996, she has earned an all-time class record 45 top-qualifier awards and 46 event victories, the 2nd most wins for any female in both NHRA competition and professional motor sports as a whole. On June 23, 2007 at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park in Englishtown, New Jersey, Englishtown, New Jersey, she scored her 42nd career pole position and more importantly set the national Pro Stock Motorcycle elapsed time record with a 6.871 second run. Angelle Marie Tymon (born April 4, 1983, from Lutcher, Louisiana) is an American broadcast journalist and game show host. She served as one of the hosts on GSN's interactive game show '' quiznation'' in the PlayMania Block. Biography Tymon began her career as a communications student with a minor in dance at Louisiana State University. She performed as a member of the dance team for the NFL's New Orleans Saints for one year and the NBA's New Orleans Hornets for two years. In her junior year she transferred to California State University, Northridge as a broadcast journalism student.
