Angelita Morillo
Angelita Morillo is an American politician serving as a member of Portland City Council (Oregon), Portland City Council from Portland's 3rd City Council district (Oregon), District 3. She was elected in 2024 Portland, Oregon City Council election, 2024 during Portland's first municipal election using Single transferable vote, Single Transferable Vote to elect its City Council members from multi-member districts and assumed office on January 1, 2025. Early life and education As a child, Morillo emigrated from Paraguay to the United States with her family. She attended Lincoln High School (Portland, Oregon), Lincoln High School, where she won nationals with the constitution team in 2014. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Portland State University.
