Angatuba is a Brazilian municipality in the state of São Paulo. The population is 25,479 (2020 est.) in an area of 1028 km². The highway Rodovia Raposo Tavares passes south of the city. There is controversy about the meaning of the name ''Angatuba''. Suzane Louise Magnani Muniz (born Suzane Louise von Richthofen; 3 November 1983) is a Brazilian woman who was convicted of murdering her parents on 31 October 2002 with the help of her boyfriend and his brother. João Gordo (born João Francisco Benedan on 13 March 1964) is a Brazilian vocalist, TV host and paleontologist. He is the lead singer of the hardcore punk band Ratos de Porão, also known simply as RxDxPx. He participated in many seminal punk events in Brazil. Benedan began his musical career as a member of the boy band RC Boys, covering the major hits of Brazilian singer Roberto Carlos (singer), Roberto Carlos. Rodovia Raposo Tavares (official designation SP-270) is the longest highway in the state of São Paulo (state), São Paulo, Brazil, with 654 km. It was opened in 1937. Ratos de Porão (Portuguese for "Basement Rats") is a Brazilian crossover thrash band from São Paulo. They were formed in 1981, toured South America, North America, Asia and Europe, and still continue to play today. Their core lineup of João Gordo on vocals and Jão on drums and later guitars has remained since virtually the band's beginning.
