Andrew Collison Baker (born May 22, 1980) is an American former foreign service officer and author who has served as the Deputy National Security Advisor (United States), United States deputy national security advisor alongside Robert Gabriel Jr. since May 2025. Baker served as the National Security Advisor to the Vice President, national security advisor to vice president JD Vance from January to May 2025.
