Andrés Cano
Andrés Cano is an American politician who served as the House Minority Leader in the Arizona House of Representatives during Arizona's 56th legislature. Cano represented District 20 (Tucson) in 2023, and District 3 from 2019 to 2023. Cano is a member of the Democratic Party. Education Cano earned his bachelor's degree (B.A.) in broadcast journalism from Arizona State University in 2014. He graduated cum laude from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. While in college, Cano completed congressional internships in the offices of U.S. Senator Mark Udall and U.S. Congressman Ed Pastor. In 2019, Cano completed Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government as a David Bohnett LGBTQ Victory Institute Leadership Fellow. The Arizona State House of Representatives is the lower house of the Arizona Legislature, the state legislature of the U.S. state of Arizona. The upper house is the Senate.
