Andrew Ryan is an Australian actor best known for his performance as Chris Lang in the film of ''Tomorrow, When the War Began'' (2010) and as one of the stars of ''The Jesters''. Originally from Brisbane, he played roles in the films ''All My Friends Are Leaving Brisbane'' and ''Jucy'' which were written specifically for him, and starred in a TV series, ''The Future Machine'' (2010) and '' Love Child''. Ryan portrayed INXS keyboardist and main composer Andrew Farriss in the telemovie '' INXS: Never Tear Us Apart'' (2014) he also received an AACTA award nomination for this role. Andy Ryan (born 29 September 1994) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a striker for Larne in the Irish Premiership. Ryan began his career with Hamilton Academical, before moving on to Forfar Athletic and subsequently playing with Airdrieonians, Dunfermline Athletic, and Stirling Albion. He has also spent periods on loan with Brechin City and Arbroath. Career He made his club debut for Hamilton Academical on 23 July 2011, in the semi-final of the Scottish Challenge Cup, before making his Scottish Football League debut one week later. Ryan was named SFL Young Player of the Month for February 2012, and was given a three-year contract in March 2012. In June 2012, Ryan praised the club's youth set-up. The Jesters
The Jesters were a doo-wop group based in New York City who achieved success in the late 1950s. They were students at Cooper Junior High School in Harlem, who graduated from singing under an elevated train station near 120th Street to the amateur night contest at the Apollo Theater, where Paul Winley discovered them and later signed them to his Winley Records. The Jesters' B-sides often rivalled the lead song. Their first three singles were arranged by frequent Winley collaborator Davey Clowney, better known as Dave "Baby" Cortez, and all — "So Strange" / "Love No One But You", "Please Let Me Love You" / "I'm Falling in Love" (both 1957) and "The Plea" / "Oh Baby" (1958) — made the lower reaches of the national pop chart, and generated considerable New York interest. "Never Tear Us Apart" is a single released by Australian rock group INXS in August 1988. It was included on the band's sixth studio album, ''Kick''. INXS version The music was written by keyboardist Andrew Farriss, who recorded a blues-style demo; vocalist Michael Hutchence wrote the lyrics. "Never Tear Us Apart" is a ballad, written in the tempo of a modern Viennese waltz, layered with synthesizers and containing dramatic pauses before the instrumental breaks.
