Andrei Klepach
Andrei Nikolayevich Klepach (; born March 4, 1959) is a Russian statesman. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation. In July 2014, he assumed the post of a chief economist of Vnesheconombank. Political activity Prior to this Klepach was a deputy economics minister of Russia, and since 2004 the director of macroeconomic forecasting department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. Elvira Sakhipzadovna Nabiullina (born 29 October 1963) is a Russian economist and current governor of the Central Bank of Russia.
