Andreas Petropoulos
Andreas Petropoulos (; born 11 February 1994) is a Greek professional basketball player for Kolossos Rodou of the Greek Basketball League. He is a tall swingman. Professional career Petropoulos began his pro career in 2013, with the Greek 2nd Division club Pagrati. In 2014, he debuted in the top-tier level Greek Basket League with Panionios. He joined Olympiacos' new reserve team of the Greek 2nd Division, Olympiacos B, for the 2019–20 season. Petropoulos averaged 12.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game. On 27 August 2020, he signed with Ionikos Nikaias. On 13 August 2021, Petropoulos signed a one-year contract with AEK Athens A.E.K. (Greek: Κολοσσός Ρόδου K.A.E.), known as Kolossos H Hotels for sponsorship reasons, is a Greek professional basketball team that is located on the island of Rhodes, in Rhodes City. Around the era of 1950, was the basketball club's first peak period, which established it as one of the big Greek clubs of that era. In 1979, the team was in a downward spiral, as it was downgraded to the Greek 3rd Division. The 2019–20 Greek A2 Basket League was the 34th season of the Greek A2 Basket League, the second-tier level professional club basketball league in Greece. The league was organized by the Hellenic Basketball Federation. It was the fifth season with the participation of 16 teams. The season was prematurely cancelled, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
