Andreas Martinsen
Andreas Martinsen (born 13 June 1990) is a Norwegian professional ice hockey forward who is currently playing with Storhamar Hockey in the Eliteserien (ice hockey) (Norway). He formerly played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Colorado Avalanche, Montreal Canadiens and the Chicago Blackhawks. He also played for Lillehammer Hockey and Vålerenga Ishockey Playing career Martinsen first played as a youth in his native Norway with Rosenborg IHK before joining GET-ligaen first team club, Lillehammer IK in 2006. American Hockey League
The American Hockey League (AHL) is a professional ice hockey league based in the United States and Canada that serves as the primary developmental league for the National Hockey League (NHL). Since the 2010–11 season, every team in the league has an affiliation agreement with one NHL team. When NHL teams do not have an AHL affiliate, players are assigned to AHL teams affiliated with other NHL teams. The Deutsche Eishockey Liga (for sponsorship reasons called "PENNY Deutsche Eishockey Liga") (; English: ''German Ice Hockey League'') or DEL, is a German professional ice hockey league and the highest division in German ice hockey.
