Andranik Migranyan (; ; born 10 February 1949 in Yerevan, Armenia) is an Armenian-born Russian political scientist, who works as a professor at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Antranik Apelian (26 December 1929 - 10 June 2017) was a French-Armenian rugby league footballer who played in 1950s and 1960s, as a . At club level, he played for Marseille XIII for all of his career, with which he won the Lord Derby Cup in 1965 and ended second in the 1954 French Rugby League Championship final. He was surnamed "Niky". Outside the field, he worked as a firefighter in the Marseille Naval Fire Battalion. He also had a reputation of being "tough as nails". Antranig Dzarugian (Անդրանիկ Ծառուկեան; 4 October 1913 – 23 May 1989) was an influential diasporan Armenian writer, poet, educator, and journalist in the 20th century. Early life Antranig Dzarugian (transliterated in Eastern Armenian as Andranik Tsarukian) was born in Gürün, Sivas Vilayet, Ottoman Empire in 1913. He was related to Chello Toros (1871–1893), one of the fighters of the Armenian irregular units against the Ottoman Empire. During the Armenian genocide, Dzarugian was separated from his mother during the death marches in the Syrian desert and spent his childhood in the Armenian Orphanage of Aleppo. In 1921, he met his own mother in Aleppo and moved to the local Haygazian Armenian School to receive his elementary education. Antranig Chalabian (March 11, 1922, in Kessab, Syria – April 12, 2011, in Southfield, Michigan) was a medical illustrator, cartographer and historian, an author of several volumes on Armenian history. He is best known for his biography of General Andranik Ozanyan. Biography He was born in 1922 in Kessab, modern-day Syria. After graduating from the Armenian Evangelical School, he studied at Aleppo College. Then, in the summer of 1949, Chalabian moved to Beirut and took a position in the physiology department of the American University of Beirut (AUB). In 1977, Chalabian and his family immigrated to the Detroit, USA, where Chalabian worked as public relations director at the AGBU Alex Manoogian School. The R-7 Semyorka (, GRAU index: 8K71) was a Soviet Union, Soviet missile developed during the Cold War, and the world's first intercontinental ballistic missile.
