Anbari (tribe)
Dulaim (also rendered as Dulaimi, Al Duliam or Dulaym; ) is an Arab royal tribe, with over three million members. The tribe's history goes back to pre-Islamic times and members reside today in Iraq and neighboring countries such as Syria, Kuwait and Jordan. It is also spelled Dulaimi, Dulaym, and Dalaimy. Members of this tribe are commonly identifiable by the surnames of their own clans or by the name Al-Dulaimi. The hereditary leadership of the Dulaim tribe has been transferred between many various houses, the last well-known Prince of Dulaim was Abdulrazak Ali Suleiman who comes from the Albu-Assaf clan. Abu Ali Al-Anbari
Abd al-Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli (; 1957 or 1959 March 2016), better known as Abu Ali al-Anbari (), was the governor for territories held by the Islamic State (IS) in Syria. Considered the IS second-in-command (along with Abu Muslim al-Turkmani, his counterpart in Iraq), he was viewed as a potential successor of IS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. On 14 May 2014, he was listed as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist by the U.S Treasury Department, and on 5 May 2015, the U.S. Department of State announced a reward of up to US$7 million for information leading to his capture or death. On 25 March 2016, the U.S. Department of Defense announced al-Qaduli’s death as a result of a US Special Operations helicopter gunship raid conducted earlier that week along the Iraq-Syria border.
