Ana Isabel Álvarez-Diosdado Gisbert OAXS (21 May 1938 – 5 October 2015) better known as Ana Diosdado was a dual Argentine-Spanish actress, playwright, theater director, and writer. Her acting credits include the television series, ''Las llaves de la independencia''. Diosdado's work as a playwright includes '' Forget the Drums'', which debuted in Zamora, Spain, on 28 June 1970. Diosdado was born on 21 May 1938 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Spanish parents, Enrique Diosdado, an actor, and Isabel Gisbert, who had fled the Spanish Civil War. Ana Diosdado died from complications of cardiorespiratory failure during a meeting at the Sociedad General de Autores in Madrid, Spain, on 5 October 2015, at the age of 77. The Most Excellent
The Most Excellent ( Spanish: ''Excelentísimo Señor'' (male) or ''Excelentísima Señora'' (female), literally "Most Excellent Sir/Madam") is an honorific prefix that is traditionally applied to certain people in Spain and certain Spanish-speaking countries. Following Spanish tradition, it is an '' ex officio'' style (the holder has it as long as they remain in office, in the most important positions of state) and is used in written documents and very formal occasions. The prefix is similar (but not equal) to that of " His/Her Excellency", but in the 19th century "The Most Excellent" began to replace the former. The use of the prefix Excellency was re-introduced in Francoist Spain by ''Generalísimo'' Francisco Franco himself, who was formally styled as '' Su Excelencia el Jefe del Estado'' ("His Excellency The Head of State"), while his ministers and senior government officials continued using the prefix "The Most Excellent". Lavapiés is a historic neighbourhood in the city of Madrid, Spain. It is located in the administrative ward (barrio) of Embajadores in the downtown Centro District, southwest of neighbouring neighbourhood La Latina.
