Amnesia (Roxen Song)
"Amnesia" is a song recorded by Romanian singer Roxen, digitally released by Warner Music Poland on 4 March 2021. It was written by Adelina Stîngă and Victor Bouroșu, while the production was solely handled by the latter. A dark ballad, the song's lyrics discuss combatting self-neglection in modern society, referring to this phenomenon as "self-love amnesia". Music critics generally applauded the song, with praise concentrated on its catchiness and commercial appeal, as well as on Roxen's vocal delivery. For promotional purposes, a music video was released simultaneously with the digital premiere of the song and was directed by Bogdan Păun. Larisa Roxana Giurgiu (; born 5 January 2000), known professionally as Roxen (), is a Romanian singer. She rose to prominence after being featured on Romanian producer Sickotoy's " You Don't Love Me" (2019), which reached number three in Romania and received radio airplay in several other countries. Her following singles, " Ce-ți cântă dragostea" and "Spune-mi", eventually peaked atop the national chart. Roxen was scheduled to represent Romania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with the song " Alcohol You" before the event's coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)-related cancellation. Auto-Tune is audio processor software released on September 19, 1997, by the American company Antares Audio Technologies. It uses a proprietary device to measure and Pitch correction, correct pitch in music. It operates on different principles from the vocoder or talk box and produces different results. Auto-Tune was initially intended to disguise or pitch correction, correct off-key inaccuracies, allowing vocal tracks to be perfectly musical tuning, tuned. TVR 1 (; spelled out as ''Televiziunea Română 1'', "Romanian Television 1") is the main channel of the Romanian public broadcaster TVR. The most important show of the channel is Jurnalul TVR, whose motto is ("The news journal as it should be"), but on 28 March 2009 was replaced by Telejurnal, which is its name till today.
