First-class cricket, along with List A cricket and Twenty20 cricket, is one of the highest-standard forms of cricket. A first-class match is of three or more days scheduled duration between two sides of eleven players each and is officially adjudged to be worthy of the status by virtue of the standard of the competing teams. Matches must allow for the teams to play two innings each, although in practice a team might play only one innings or none at all. Pakistan Television cricket team is a first-class cricket team sponsored by the Pakistan Television Corporation. They began competing in Pakistan's first-class, List A and Twenty20 tournaments in the 2010–11 season. They won the 2024–25 President's Trophy. After playing for some seasons in the non-first-class grades of the Patron's Trophy, Pakistan Television were promoted to first-class status to play in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy in the 2010–11 season.
