Amenah Pangandaman
Amenah "Mina" Flamiano Pangandaman (born December 25, 1977) is a Filipino economist who is currently serving as the 13th secretary of budget and management since 2022 under the administration of President Bongbong Marcos. She is the first Muslim woman budget secretary and remains the sole female member of President Marcos's economic team. Early life and education Born on December 25, 1977, Pangandaman is the only child of Almen and Nancy Pangandaman, two former government workers. She earned her bachelor's degree in economics from Far Eastern University. She also has a master's degree in Development Economics from the University of the Philippines. Currently, she is pursuing an Executive Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics. Career Pangandaman started her career as a researcher at the Senate of the Philippines. Lucas Purugganan "Luke" Bersamin (born October 18, 1949) is a Filipino lawyer and jurist who has served as the 40th executive secretary of the Philippines under President Bongbong Marcos since 2022. He previously served as the 25th chief justice of the Philippines from 2018 and 2019 and as an associate justice from 2009 to 2018.
